   Developed and executed a monitoring plan to reduce sediment run off from degraded roads in the West Maui Mountains. Analyze restoration data and monitor coral health and brown water days through native plant survival, BMP row efficacy, and turbidity probe data. Partnered with and oversaw researchers, government agencies, CORAL staff, and local contractors in monitoring CORAL\'s native plant restoration project. Build alliances with other non-profit organizations through advisory board meetings and supporting the development of policy briefs on current conservation literature to create a connected and diverse network in order to enact widespread and efficient policy changes in ocean conservation. Write policy briefs and literature reviews on current research in coral reef conservation
