Responsible for building the Operations function at Zeti and contributing as a senior team member to all the key strategic decision making- identifying and offering solutions to business challenges. I oversee the development of the integrated billing, investment and customer relationship management system that is being built in house. I\'m responsible for product management within operations, liaising with the CTO in order to ensure the tech team are prioritising the key business requirements. Currently recruiting and developing a well qualified, highly motivated and successful team. I do this by increasing quality, productivity and customer satisfaction and surpassing business targets-using insightful, digestible and enriched data to enable our operations team to succeed.
