Responsible for the research, development, and implementation of demand side management (DSM) programs for all residential or nonresidential applications. Responsible for: developing and managing vendor networks, development and reporting of measurement and validation metrics for DSM programs, working with industry experts, government entities and special interest groups to ensure best program practices. Conduct financial analysis and review of existing and proposed DSM programs to ensure internal and regulatory hurdles are met.
