As a former varsity wrestler, I have always been interested in health, well-being, and performance. I have since transferred these interests to my thesis research and applied settings in the workplace. Through my experience working in the Intergroup Relations and Social Justice lab, I have also gained a passion for leadership, group dynamics, and social justice.
