As one of the earliest employees of Complete Solutions & Sourcing, I take tremendous pride in what we’ve built: an organization known for delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience across every facet of our business. Before our launch in 2010, I had already begun developing industry expertise, and today I bring 16+ years of experience in designing and implementing commercial waste and recycling solutions.Being part of a startup shaped my career in meaningful ways. As the company grew, I grew with it, pivoting into new roles whenever the business needed support. I began in customer service and account management, then transitioned into accounting, where I built foundational processes and developed a team to scale the function. After passing the leadership torch in accounting, I moved into sales and account onboarding, again building the structure and team needed to support our expanding client base.Having sat in nearly every seat, I developed a deep understanding of business operations and the interconnected systems that drive performance. Today, I oversee the organization from both a leadership and operational perspective, focusing on optimizing processes, strengthening cross‑functional alignment, and creating opportunities for every team member to grow as I have. In early 2025, Complete Solutions entered an exciting new chapter as we were acquired by Reconomy, a global leader in circular economy solutions. With this acquisition came a strategic rebrand and a powerful partnership that expands our capabilities, accelerates innovation, and opens new pathways for development and growth for our internal teams, our clients, and our vendor partners.
