As a Human Resources Professional with experience in various areas including benefits administration, leave of absence management, process improvement projects, compliance, shared services models, compensation and payroll processing, worker\'s compensation, onboarding, performance programs, culture, and many more, I am always looking for ways to leverage my academic experiences with my growing knowledge base.I have experience with a variety of populations and aim to provide exceptional service to all I come in contact with using my strong interpersonal skills developed through years of working with diverse groups, navigating high-stress situations, and progressive roles and responsibilities. My goal is always to leave someone better than I found them - an employee, colleague, teammate, manager, or stranger! Additionally, I am a results-driven individual who has a proven ability to overcome adversity while maintaining consistency on productivity. Whether I am answering 911 calls or assisting with benefit enrollments, I seek to meet someone where they are at, understand their needs/frustrations/suggestions, and work to find a resolution that supports both parties.
