My role as Bid Team Manager includes end to end ownership of the quality aspect of bids for materials supply tenders, throughout the UK, ensuring all bids are progressed in accordance with bid management procedures.\\\\nMy role involves;\\\\n- Leading a small team of Bid Writers\\\\n- Leading and driving virtual multi-disciplinary teams, including identifying and engaging subject matter experts to support with the construction of a compliant and winning solution within the given timescales\\\\n- Establishing and executing on bid strategy with the Head of Bids\\\\n- Involvement in the bid/no bid process\\\\n- Reviewing tender documentation to gain a clear and thorough understanding of customer requirements and constructing any necessary clarification questions\\\\n- Challenging proposed solutions with the wider team to ensure our solution is compliant to customer requirements and strong\\\\n- Shaping, writing and editing winning proposals\\\\n- Creating and editing pre-tender engagement and tender powerpoint presentations\\\\n- Maintaining and developing the Bid Library\\\\n- Participating in post-tender quality feedback analysis and lessons learnt\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
