There is a new paradigm of leadership being created on this planet. I am here to help shape that vision for humanity. In 2018, I transitioned from my Fortune 500 career in Product Mgt to pursue a deeper sense of purpose beyond conventional success. I was disconnected from my emotions, overwhelmed by pressure, and numbing myself with unhealthy coping mechanisms. My intuition wasn\'t clear after years of ignoring it.After a trip to India, I started unlocking the intuitive part of myself that I had suppressed for years - the part that gave voice to my purpose. I then moved everything I owned into a storage unit and moved to Spain and then Bali. One could call it my version of Eat, Pray, Love. Since then, I have led hundreds of individuals and teams through transformative experiences, designing retreats, workshops, and programs that help people build trust, regulate emotions, and step into embodied leadership. In 2020, I founded Chrysalis, a coaching and retreat company that has served over women globally and guided 300+ coaching partnerships. Our flagship Metamorphosis Program and Luminescence Retreats have become a rite of passage for high-achieving women ready to reclaim their power and thrive in love and leadership.Through our programs, retreats, and community, we provide a space for women to unlock their truth, regulate their emotions, and foster relationships that nourish authentic expression.
