   Administer Leave Programs:Manage the process for all types of employee leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, medical, military, personal, etc.). Ensure that leaves are processed in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.Policy and Legal Compliance:Stay current with federal, state, and local leave laws (e.g, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, Workers\' Compensation, etc.) to ensure the company is compliant.
