An exceptionally varied role across two recycling facilities dealing with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cardboard and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment I joined the company with a mission to reduce accidents, develop and implement management systems, address occupational health concerns and foster a positive work environment that promotes positive employee morale. As a qualified Technical Competent Manager (TCM) for permitted waste sites it is also my responsibility to monitor the site operations to verify they are compliant and in line with Environmental permits, providing technical advice on any issues identified to ensure environmental aspects/impacts are properly managed.
