Resource Management: • Participating in project coordination and supervision of teammates. • Stuffing teammates on a different projects and opportunities. • Leading teammates in internal and external activities from projects to competitions. Resource Development: • Working with organizational development of the Unit. • Lead creation process of design program with lecturing and mentoring. • Helping teammates to grow as professionals and successfully pass on next levels, building development plans, based on defined areas to improvement.
