I am an award winning chef who never turns down a challenge. Like most chefs, I\'m a workaholic and strive for perfection in everything I do. I thrive under pressure and always overcome with success. Flawless execution of events ranging 25 to 1200 people. The size of an event doesn\'t matter when you\'re a superior planner. My favorite part of events is visiting tables and receiving feedback. Good or bad, it\'s always helpful information when running a successful business.Specializing in kitchen staff leadership training, I\'ve had the pleasure of training and promoting 5 Sous Chefs to Executive Chefs in my regional training kitchen. My team practices leadership role play on a monthly basis. This is an effective training method in creating all around leaders executing the daily agenda. I take pride in teaching my chefs and especially enjoy seeing them push the envelope at our monthly wine pairings. It\'s great to be creative and creating that perfect pairing.My strengths include quick thinking, problem solving, and great communication.
