I am a highly motivated, relationship-driven recruitment leader within the life sciences industry, based in Boston, MA. I made my way into the life sciences recruitment industry in 2010, leaving behind the beginnings of a career in consumer finance, where I developed the fundamentals of client and customer service in several roles focused on engagement, service and retention.Developing my skills over 15 years with a reputable life sciences staffing and recruitment specialist, in the early part of my career I broke various company records – setting the company record for graduation from the Development Academy and winning numerous top performer awards – and completed assignments for clients across the US, UK, Switzerland, and Europe.Fast forward to the present; I have scaled multiple successful from-scratch recruitment teams and divisions. From an EU Biometrics recruiting team based out of the UK in 2013, to a multi-disciplinary US division spanning three offices on both US coasts and generating multimillions of dollars in annual billing.Now is the right time to do it all over again, only this time, under my own banner. With over 15 years of industry expertise, we provide tailored recruitment solutions, including contract staffing, permanent hires, executive retained search, and large-scale team builds.I founded Astera on the core values of resilience, trust, and excellence. In today’s business climate, values often become buzzwords - collecting dust on a website but rarely lived by. That’s not the case with Astera. My own life experiences have shaped these values, and they are embedded in everything I do.
