I graduated from Bishop McNamara High School in 2012; afterwards I attended Prince Georges Community College for two semesters. Upon leaving PGCC I was introduced to Year Up which has allowed me the ability to form an enhanced network and polish some vital Information Technology skills. I am hard working, dedicated, and self-motivated – I believe in performing my best at all times. I am creative and know how to deal well with difficult people and situations. I am very inquisitive and I love to learn new things. If I am unaware how to handle or resolve an issue, I have no issue asking my peers for assistance. I am now SEC+ certified and a Helpdesk manager for fort belvoir army base.
