Project Lead PM/Scrum Master for Canada Securities Administrators’ SEDAR+ project. The new web-based platform will be used by all market participants to file, disclose and search for information in Canada’s capital markets. The project is owned by all the provinces and territories of Canada.Responsibilities• Coach and facilitate the agile teams on successful adaptation of agile mindset, ownership, self-management and self-organize.• Collaborate with the Product Owner in backlog grooming. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve team impediments with other dependent work streams and also remove blockers.• Help the teams to align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.• Assess each scrum team member’s responsibilities and promote teams to self-assign their tasks to balance each employee’s workload• Facilitate Scrum frameworks – sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives • Promote agile process to enable predictable and rapid software delivery resulting in hitting 99% of project deadlines• Facilitate training sessions with teams on writing good user’s stories and with well-defined acceptance with the INVEST model• Manage risks for the various programs and work streams. • Reconcile external teams dependencies and risk management
