Mr. Lapointe meets with each of the department heads to develop the overall goals and strategy of the Group. His objective is to increase the company\'s effectiveness and overall success. He is responsible for managing the progress of every initiative, product, clinic location or service that the Group oversees, and reports that progress to his board of directors. He maintains a high public visibility, performing as a representative of the Group on-site and at external functions and events. He also performs public relations for the Group, granting interviews to different private and public organizations. As the CEO, his main objective is to ensure that the Group\'s vision is never lost.
