After arriving in April we reached 95% trending 97% in just 5 months without using any specials. Responsible for the scheduling, growth, training, motivating and developing of a large staff totaling ten. Worked towards owner’s goals of minimizing expenses due to low cash flow, and achieved rent growth at the same time. Over saw complete unit and property renovations. Was in charge of getting bids, following up on scheduling vendors, overseeing quality of work, and keeping everything within the designated time frame of completion. Outperformed direct market competitors with occupancy and rental rates. Team Leader in all due diligence projects for company. Trained in AMSI software. Addressed and resolved resident issues when necessary, active member of new community transition team, created weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for owners, prepare and revise annual budget.
