About Chaz Seale

Business Leader. Strategic, Leadership, Marketing and Communication Advisor. When you decide to spend time on something, you should strive to contribute as much value as possible. I\'ve called it Adding Spark. My career has been complex, exciting, and varied. They have often allowed me to add this spark and growth, often as I added new skills myself. My passion and successes have been building, leading, and helping others be more successful than they even realized was possible. Within a wide variety of industries, I’ve had many different roles and worked with highly talented staff and consultants. I’ve led and managed diverse and highly complex operations with industry-leading companies and very small concerns. The adage that \"no one works alone\" is perfect for me. Selecting and developing talent has allowed these operations to create thriving cultures and reach significant levels of economic success, at times the best in the nation. A few other operations have failed. I’ve learned equally from these as well as from many successes. The goal as a leader, employee or consultant, as stated upfront, was to \"add some spark\", build a bias for action, and to deliver more than was expected. Today I provide guidance and support for Pyxis Academy, in addition to other types of organizations and non-profit causes. My background as both a C-level and senior management corporate executive, board Chairman/member, and entrepreneur has taught me to examine each assignment with a clean slate. With Pyxis, we define the situation, provide a true reality check, uncover personnel and structural needs, arrive at a clear plan of action and fiscal risk, and often, wherever necessary, participate in the execution of that plan. My areas of experience include strategic planning, corporate culture, marketing and sales, national and international management, mergers and acquisitions, re-engineering, full financial responsibility, and nearly always, mentoring and team building. The list appears too long, but it is what I have had the opportunity to do.
