Conduct phone screens/interviews to assess skills related to the open position for exempt and nonexempt open positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure follow up discussions are had post interview. Communicate with supervisors to understand current and future recruiting needs. Support our Recruiting Director in revising and updating job descriptions, as well as communicating all pertinent information and recap on a weekly basis. Support our VP People in select administrative and onboarding tasks.
