Solving problems, helping clients protect their life’s work and bringing them peace of mind through tax, business, and estate planning are all things that I love. My experience as a business owner has given me firsthand insight into the challenges of starting and maintaining a business, from managing accounting and recordkeeping to navigating complex regulatory requirements. This experience inspired me to pursue studies in business and tax law, including coursework in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Associations, Individual Income Tax, Taxation of Businesses (Subchapter C, K, and S), International Business Transactions, and Accounting and Finance for Lawyers.I leverage this unique combination of practical business experience and legal expertise to help individuals and businesses succeed through intentional planning and advocacy. My mission is to guide entrepreneurs and families through the complexities of tax, business, and estate planning, empowering them to build, protect, and sustain their legacies.In addition to tax, business, and estate planning practice, I bring over six years of experience in the criminal justice field, where I worked or volunteered in juvenile and adult correctional facilities, community corrections, prosecution and indigent defense. This background has sharpened my skills in communication, cultural diversity, and criminal law.
