Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately.* Provide support to team members and Field Managers by researching and resolving payroll-related questions and issues.* Process off-cycle checks and miscellaneous pay in Workday.* Review and audit payroll files prior to Field Managers\' approval.* Run reports to audit payroll before processing, partnering with Field Managers and Human Resources on any discrepancies and corrections needed.* Create and set up team member Pay Cards in Workday and ADP and process timely shipments to team members.* Partner with ADP for Pay Cards and Garnishment setup.* Maintain knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and federal, state, and local regulations in states of operation.* Provide training and support to Field Managers and team members on payroll processes and systems.* Conduct training workshops as needed with Field Managers.* Provide coverage for other payroll team members as needed.
