Chaya practices primarily in the areas of complex contract, employment, real estate, commercial, and international litigation, with a focus on multi-national disputes, business torts, employment matters, real property matters, reputation management, trust and estates disputes, and securities litigation. She represents individual and corporate clients in civil and regulatory matters, in arbitration and inmediation, and in federal, state, and surrogate\'s courts, at the trial and appellate level. Chaya has handled a wide range of complex and sensitive matters for banks and financial institutions, financial consultants, trustees and executors, high-ranking executives, individual founders of successful business enterprises, national and international fashion companies, art collectors, patrons, and art galleries.Chaya is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
