Implementation of 5S, Visual management implementation and enabling culture of TPM Implementation of Process improvements tools to obtain zero liquid spillage and reduction of Raw Material wastage OEE enhancement from 95% to 99.4% in TetraPak facility in Siliguri unit and vis a vis improving MTBF, MTTR metrics. ROPP (PM) and TBA (PM) wastage reduction from 2.18% to 1.18% by engineering controls and training. Reduced product defects in overall production through kaizens. Sustainability enhancement by Water consumption control in Diageo- Asansol unit( Reducing by 34%) through DMAIC project. Reducing Water consumption by 40% through installation of BWWR and improving Bottle wash water quality.• Volume conversion from 200 S pack to 180 US pack in strict timeline and reducing Failure time to zero using FMEA, Predictive analysis and Inventory control. • Saving per case cost through PM saving and nitrogen saving.• Trained 5 + operators in TetraPak production and quality controls.• Trained 5 + maintenance teams on 5S and TPM in shop floor.• Internally trained 2 teams in basic lean processes and six sigma at workplace.
