Chavi is deeply passionate about Seattle, politics, her community, and Team Diva. Chavi and her wife Kim created Team Diva Partners, LLC over ten years ago as a way to create a new voice in the real estate industry. A voice where smart, savvy, and socially-minded people could find a real estate team that is fiercely passionate about educating their clients, creating next-level stylish marketing, and know how to get complicated deals to the finish line. Chavi has been key at growing Team Diva’s online presence not only as a way to educate Team Diva’s clients on the home buying and selling process. But also as a way to stay connected to her growing community, elevate small business owners, and diverse voices in the Seattle area. Chavi is a perfectionist for the look and feel of every home. From the look of a throw pillow to the repairs happening prior to the home coming on the market. Do not even think about having a fake plant in Chavi’s presence! This intense drive and digging in deep on the issues that Team Diva’s clients care about has built a solid community. Team Diva is who the social justice-minded Seattleites call when they want the best and they want to know those professionals give back to their community. As a result of her efforts, Chavi has been able to lead her team through the Great Recession to become a top 50% of the top 1% producers in the nation. At a deeply personal level, Chavi loves sneaking vegetables into food for the tween, spending time with friends (who were once clients), and taking the doggies for long walks through Seattle’s amazing secret walkways and paths.
