ABOUT CHAVA MALDONADO

The name Chava means \"Life\". I would like to introduce myself as someone who has endured many obstacles to finally reach a destination in life professionally that makes sense now more than ever. I obtained a Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology from THEE University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!). I earned a Master\'s Degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in Leadership and Administration in 2016. I recently earned my second Master\'s Degree in Human Resources Management as of March changed my major so many times during my undergraduate years.SO MANY. It was definitely a period of not really knowing what I wanted to do. I had so many interests, yet so little time. Ultimately, I decided that I wanted to help students who are in the place that I was figure out what journey they wish to be on. I never utilized any resources on campus that I should have, and that is 0/10 do not recommend type of energy. Through my job experiences and graduate studies, I have learned that I receive great gratification in helping others - specifically helping students understand the importance of self-presentation to the never thought that I would have a triple career track: Psychology, Higher Education, & Human Resources. However, honestly, that path has helped me develop into a well-rounded individual that is now able to help others determine how to successfully progress into a workforce-ready
