ABOUT CHAUNCEY FLOWERS
I am a graduate of the University of Dayton and Fifth Third Bank’s Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP). Through the ITLP, I gained hands‑on experience across four distinct roles, leveraging technology to solve a variety of business problems and develop a strong foundation in enterprise systems.After completing the program, I returned to Fifth Third as an RPA Developer within the Intelligent Automation department, where I focused on building solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. I later transitioned to the Enterprise Modernization organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of backend services supporting our platforms.I am currently a Product Owner in the Application Security organization, where I focus on enabling development teams with secure coding solutions for their applications and APIs. My work centers on balancing security, usability, and scalability while partnering closely with engineering and security stakeholders.As a collaborative team player and problem solver, I’m motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and deliver technology‑driven solutions that create real business value.
