Key responsibilities are to ramp up projects with competent cross-functional skills and ensuring on-time deliverables within pre-set cost parameters, reviewing drawing and resolving day by day problems. These includes but not limited to:*Leading the team of engineers and efficient utilization of resources *Interaction with Client and other design teams for technical issues & interfaces. Customer complaint resolution and fault analysis *Maintaining a strategic positive professional relationship between client and sub-contractors.*Finalization of program and works including all activities in accordance with electrical, and electronics, program of work.*Liaison with Sub Contractor, Consultant and Client and update them with the project progress and to sort out technical issues *Execute the Testing and Commissioning activities and Lead the project for final commissioning *Preparation and finalization of RCA.*Command over High voltage Network schemes, SAS operating system and experience in using software and digital protection devices of ABB, SIEMENS & Areva.*Oversee the installation of the electrical systems and serve as technical liaison between the owner, general contractor, user, and other stakeholders *Preparation of Testing and commissioning protocols for various types of protection.*Training to customers on various Protections Systems
