   Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis • Manage a team of three, which includes two financial analysts responsible for all modeling and analysis, internal and external reporting, market research, and evaluating development opportunities • Provide pricing strategy and deal analysis for the leasing team • Develop, implement, and manage timely and accurate completion of the annual budget and supplemental items, including presentation to the Company’s executives and board • Create and maintain company DCF model used for internal financial planning and for quarterly business valuations • Prepare and present monthly cash projection and proposed capital plan to the CFO and President • Created and lead the Company’s margin improvement initiative to identify cost savings opportunities in order to reduce the Company’s expenses and increase margin • Responsible for all company property appraisals and external valuations • Created and maintain internal sales compensation program Capital Markets Activities • Experience with sourcing, negotiating, and closing over $3.0 billion in financings, including Asset Level Construction and Permanent financing, Corporate Level Debt financing, and Securitization (ABS and CMBS) • Strong working relationships with officers at many US and international banks • Prepared and participated in presentations to S&P which led to investment grade ratings for all of the Company’s ABS issuances Investor and Executive Relations • Responsible for responding to questions and requests from the Company’s equity Partner, National Real Estate Advisors • Create comprehensive presentations for the Board of Directors discussing the Company’s financial performance, projections, leasing activity, capital requests, and capital funding strategy • Provide Sabey Data Center and its parent company’s senior executives with detailed business reports and insight
