PROFILE: Over the past 17 years I have been focusing on bridging the gaps between business needs and technical development. By understanding the capabilities of the current system, and gathering the requirements of the business, I collaborate with teams to develop solutions that are both practical and feasible to implement. I’m most comfortable straddling the line between business and technical analysis, acting as a conduit for information exchange. I believe in leveraging technology where it makes sense to improve processes and increase operational efficiencies where it matters most. STYLE: My first priority has always been collaboration, since fitting in and building strong relationships with the organization leads to successful project deliveries by the team. An entrepreneurial attitude and the genuine curiosity for how things work allow me to grasp the bigger picture, and help develop solutions that satisfy all stakeholders.
