Which led to the intervention of improving the lowest peromance shift and using the best performing shift as an example.

Hi, I’m John — a Data Scientist and Industrial Engineer focused on building scalable data systems that drive operational performance in regulated manufacturing environments.At Aptar Pharma, I design and manage reporting infrastructure that monitors operational efficiency across 15+ assembly machines, 20+ KM presses, and 100+ production employees, supporting the production of 1M+ pharmaceutical devices daily. My work provides plant leadership with real-time visibility across molding, mechanics, quality, MPT, and assembly operations.Beyond analytics, I lead process digitization initiatives and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) validation through Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), contributing to production-critical systems in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.Previously, I’ve worked across fintech, construction, and manufacturing in roles spanning data science consulting, project management, and production engineering — consistently operating at the intersection of data, systems, and operations.I earned my degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with High Distinction, completing a double major in Data Science and Management Engineering with a concentration in Industrial Engineering.
