Hi there, I am Gaurav; Hotel management Graduate with MBA in Marketing.Food and people have always fascinated me. Out of 15+ years of work experience, 13 years have been with food, food delivery or both.Started my career with McDonald\'s in Sales operations and since then have worked with Domino\'s Pizza, FreshMenu, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato and now with Nagarro. Handled field operations, logistics, customer experience, growth and marketing. In my stint at Swiggy, I was managing and growing food delivery business for Pune and Rest of Maharashtra. I also had an entrepreneurial stint with BIFPL (Brand - Sanskriti), where we served niche vegetarian cuisine from mall-based outlets. This allowed me to learn all facets of running a food business, beyond restaurant Operations. Fun fact - We tried to create a Guinness World Record of World\'s largest Jalebi :)Looking forward to connecting and discuss people, food, startups and business challenges.Also, Zomato Gold, Swiggy Super / One, Amazon Audible Pro and a Cred Millionaire :)
