With over 25 years of extensive experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, I have dedicated my career to leading and optimizing operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, as the Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Zoetis India Limited, I have played a pivotal role in managing and forecasting the distribution of our Power Brands. My strategic leadership has facilitated seamless transitions, including CFA and product rationalizations, without impacting sales. By rebuilding and enhancing our distribution model, I have successfully improved customer service while reducing costs.Throughout my career, I have been associated with some of the most renowned pharmaceutical brands in India. My expertise spans across demand planning, DRP, S & OP implementation, and comprehensive distribution management. Notably, I led the transition of the animal health business from Pfizer to Zoetis, setting up an efficient new distribution network.My tenure at Pfizer India Ltd saw me driving significant mergers, creating unified systems, and enhancing the integrated supply chain processes. I have also spearheaded numerous process improvement projects, earning Green Belt and Yellow Belt certifications.My earlier roles at AHP Manufacturing BV, Intervet India Limited (now MSD), Dolphin Laboratories Limited, and Infar India Limited (now MSD) further solidified my capabilities in logistics management, inventory control, vendor management, and cross-functional team leadership.I possess a robust skill set that includes project management, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
