Chastity is a national sales executive and commercial leader with a track record of delivering enterprise revenue growth, building high-performance teams, and leading large-scale customer partnerships across CPG, agri-science and retail markets.Chastity currently serves as Director, National Sales at Carolina Science, where she leads district and higher education sales teams nationwide, unlocking agri-science and biotech solutions for customers across the U.S. She also oversees the organization’s quotations and government/private sector contracts teams, leveraging expertise in process optimization, contract negotiations, and operational execution to scale revenue growth and improve commercial performance.Previously, Chastity spent 10 years in executive CPG sales leadership roles at PepsiCo and Frito-Lay, where she held five senior leadership positions across multiple U.S. regions and national accounts. She led a person sales organization of directors, managers, and frontline sales professionals while managing over $1 Billion in annual revenue. Under her leadership, teams consistently achieved top national performance rankings, including #1 national rankings in sales plan execution and operational performance, demonstrating her ability to drive growth, develop talent, and deliver results in highly competitive markets.Earlier in her career, Chastity held national and regional leadership roles in agriculture, foodservice, and retail with General Mills and within the poultry industry, building deep expertise in customer strategy, supply chain collaboration, and category growth across multiple distribution channels.Beyond her corporate leadership, Chastity has demonstrated a deep commitment to governance and community impact. She served for 21 years in board leadership roles at Auburn University, including the College of Agriculture Board, Dean’s Partnership Council, and the Auburn Alumni Association Board. She has also contributed to community organizations including Leadership Hoover and Children\'s Village, supporting foster care and family services initiatives.Chastity is a licensed attorney. She holds a B.S. in Agribusiness and Economics from Auburn University. In addition she earned an MBA and professional certifications in Financial Analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
