Eliminated eight total templates, reducing wasteful time spent during the offer presentation. • Eliminated weekly Sales Teams meetings and designed a formalized Analytics slide deck that is sent via email for leadership team to review; eliminating wasteful meetings and respecting the time of our Sales Leadership teams.
