Responsible for demonstrating service excellence in accordance with Baylake’s Vision, Mission and Value statements. In addition, the Group Banking Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, training, marketing and driving sales results on a variety of organization-wide group banking programs including, but not limited to, Employee Edge (Bank at Work), Premier Club, Cowabunga Club, and Financial Education sessions. I work closely with strategic business partners ensuring that group banking programs create and deepen customer relationships. Also, as appropriate, I will counsel sales employees for improved performance.
