As Senior Counsel and Strategic Legal Advisor, I guide provider strategy and value-based care within complex regulatory environments where decisions carry significant human and operational impact.I’ve served as Chief of Staff to the General Counsel for Clinical and Medicaid functions, partnering on strategy, risk prioritization, and executive decision-making. My experience spans benefits and provider operations, payment integrity, transformation initiatives, and high-stakes investigations requiring discretion and judgment.My approach is grounded in the belief that health systems function best when they account for the full reality of people’s lives. I advocate for mental, physical, and emotional well-being—not only in my work but in my personal life—because social determinants of health, including education, materially shape outcomes. This perspective frames how I evaluate sustainability, access, and equity in healthcare and underpins my engagement in governance and community leadership. For eight years, I\'ve served on the YWCA Hartford Region board, advancing equity and empowerment and contributing as Secretary. I also lead my local school district’s Parent Senate, advising on student well-being and fostering community partnerships.I seek roles where discernment matters—where strategic judgment, institutional trust, and human impact converge.
