Appointed as both President and Chief Executive Officer, I serve as the governing head of USA Dodgeball, overseeing strategic growth, board operations, compliance, and executive management.In this role, I guide the organization’s mission to expand access, elevate competitive standards, and advance recognition within the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic movement. My focus is on building a high-functioning board, transparent operations, and scalable national programs that will sustain the sport’s growth for decades to come.I’m passionate about creating an organization that embodies the best of sport - teamwork, integrity, and opportunity - while redefining how people see dodgeball: not as a playground pastime, but as a serious, fast-growing athletic discipline.
