Improve metrics, team culture, and deliverables as Scrum Master / Team Lead by encouraging Agile practices and training the team on Jira and lean thinking- Train three new employees on our team by assigning them stretch assignments in alignment with their professional goals and our team needs which reduced our backlog by 7% and closed out aging tasks- Developed custom Python script in Domino/GitLab pipelines that saves exports from Jira as Excel documents for custom Tableau dashboards that provides meaningful metrics for scrum masters/PMs and saves hours of manual work each sprint- Overhauled the process for capturing sustainment demand data for fill rate and wait time by changing the datasource from an unreliable OData/Tibco connection to a custom SAP HANA historical table using custom SQL tables and stored procedures which allowed for more effective decision making involving a stable connection with no data loss- Host automation/OASAS (Oracle) training sessions for cross-program teams to collaborate and brainstorm strategies to make processes more efficient and collaborate as one IAMD- Set up versioning for Tableau server using Python and scheduled jobs in Domino to save historical versions in our Enterprise Gitlab to ensure our team has access to previous versions in case something is overwritten or deleted- Train the team regarding Domino model APIs which gives stakeholders the ability to input their data in a Confluence form that updates a Tableau workbook which allows our team to focus on other tasks - utilizes an HTML Confluence form, Domino model APIs, Python, SQL, SAP HANA, PDEP, and Tableau server- Host training sessions for GitLab, version control, TOAD for Oracle, Tibco, and other topics that can help develop the team, speed up processing times, and encourage best practices- Schedule meetings with stakeholders to understand their high level needs so I can translate those into functional requirements
