Supporting CoreWeave’s rapid growth in AI/ML and cloud infrastructure by owning all sourcing for the Product Management org (CoreWeave and Weights & Biases). Focused on Principal (Director level), Staff, and Senior PMs driving foundational AI/ML systems including inference, benchmarking, model optimization, and performance tooling. Also contribute to select engineering and executive searches.Role Highlights:• Co-lead intake, run calibration cycles, and drive full funnel sourcing across inference (vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT LLM), model optimization (quantization, speculative decoding), benchmarking infra, and ML tooling. • Build calibrated outbound pipelines targeting PMs from hyperscalers, ML infra startups, and AI labs working with frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.• Partner with the CPO, CMO, SVP Eng, and VP level hiring managers on scope definition, bar setting, and candidate feedback loops.• Support ML PM hiring through the Weights & Biases acquisition, focused on model development, training infra, and experiment tracking workflows.• Maintain visibility across Greenhouse and Gem pipelines, enabling real time reporting and a seamless candidate experience.• Mentor new teammates on outbound sourcing strategy, compensation framing, and communication best practices in technical recruiting.
