   Built an entire organization, product, platform, and technology company from the ground up • Built a subscription revenue stream generating close to half a billion dollars annually • Built a SaaS with over 1M paying customers and over 8 million members • Experience raising over $750M through meeting with, and pitching to, potential investors, banks, and analysts • Experience managing and optimizing an annual budget of $100M • Extensive experience with legal matters, specifically patent creation/defense, and credited with dozens of issued or pending patents • Lead relationships with key external partners such as Google, Apple, Amazon, and others • Experience building towards an IPO, including the various regulations, financials, investor days, S1 prep, etc • Lead and thrived through years of hyper-growth modes, years of self-funding conservative growth, and a massive swing from growth to profitability quickly • Lead up to 500 team members • Personally architected, built, and coded much of our core platform, including being AWS cloud-native, DevOps, server-side code, mobile applications, data warehouses, microservices, embedded Android/Linux systems • Scaled a product and platform from zero to supporting over 8 million members worldwide • Built an entirely remote organization (years before Covid) and drove the culture of that organization in a remote-first way that has resulted in high-performing teams with accountability and trust • Given stewardship of several existing large organizations and transformed them into high-performing teams, including IT, e-commerce, testing, electronics, and more • Married physical and digital experiences together through embedded Android systems into fitness products (treadmills, bikes, etc)
