I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing international teams, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and maintaining critical executive relationships. As the former Global Head of Solution Architecture at Conviva, I was responsible for the technical pre-sales consistency across regions, and aligned with the CEO\'s revenue targets and vision.In my most recent role at Conviva, I led an international team of Solution Architects with revenue responsibilities mirroring our CEO. I drove processes and strategy improvements that resulted in an increase in revenue obtainment against targets in EMEA, NA and LATAM markets. I also expanded the team internationally, ensuring the recruitment of top talent and raising the bar internally. Additionally, I supported Marketing at Industry Events, delivering presentations and demos that showcased Conviva\'s value proposition and differentiation.
