I am an experienced executive manager with a strong track record leading complex operations in remote and high-stakes environments. I most recently served as General Manager of Aleut Ventures (AV), where I oversaw five subsidiaries providing critical fueling, logistics, and infrastructure services across the Aleutian Islands and Alaska Peninsula. Under my leadership, AV achieved over $13M in annual revenue with a 19.8% flowthrough rate and a perfect safety record over three years.My background includes five years in consulting, three in executive management, and an MBA from LSU. I bring calm, strategic thinking to high-pressure situations, and I’m known for strong communication—whether presenting to Boards, briefing government officials, or leading distributed teams.Relationship-building is central to my leadership style. I believe trust and collaboration are key to delivering results, especially in challenging environments. At Aleut Ventures this approach earned recognition from stakeholders including senior military leadership, and enabled us to grow operations while maintaining operational resilience and financial discipline.Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible exploring the outdoors; in the summer by running, hiking, camping, riding my vintage road bike, and in the winter by snowboarding, splitboarding, and cross-country skiing. I also read every evening, and the book currently on my nightstand is Glassworks by Olivia Wolfgang-Smith, a friend and roommate from grad school days.
