About Chase Wingate
After nearly 12 successful and exciting years in the telecommunications industry managing internet field operations and sales teams, I realized that I wanted my next chapter in life to include a career in a field built around helping people in some way. After spending over one year as a substitute teacher in my local public schools as my wife\'s travel-heavy career took off and one of us needed to be part-time to carry the day-to-day primary parent duties, I discovered I loved working in special ed classrooms and especially with individuals diagnosed with ASD.I began my next chapter in the ABA therapy field as result of that season of exploration!Currently, I am completing my last year of undergraduate studies while working as an RBT for an ABA therapy organization. My plan is that after completion of my undergraduate degree I will pursue a a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and pursue the BCBA path.As a foster/adoptive parent of 6 children myself, I understand how truly special it is to have loving and caring professionals that you can trust with your own children\'s growth and development. I want to be that person for other parents and their children!My long term vision is to lead strong and effective clinical teams that can partner with caregivers and their children to help them become the best versions of themselves they can be!
