WORK HISTORY
Research Technician @Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Boston, MA, US
I currently work in the laboratory of Mark A. Murakami, MD, where I investigate the safety, tolerability, and clinical efficacy of asciminib (ABL001) in combination with dasatinib and prednisone in patients with BCR-ABL positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in lymphoid blast crisis (DF/HCC Protocol #: 18-170), the maximum tolerated dose and preliminary efficacy of venetoclax in combination with inotuzumab ozogamicin for B-ALL (DF/HCC Protocol #: 21-196), and targeting E-selectin biology as a targetable modulator of bone marrow homing, leukemogenesis, drug tolerance, and persistence in B-ALL. Additionally, my work includes linking transcription factor and protein abundance to chromatin changes in primary patient B-ALL specimens spanning multiple molecular subtypes to better characterize malignant developmental states as well as aiding in the processing, biobank generation, and xenotransplantation of additional primary human B-cell malignancies.
