Headed up a leasing project negotiating with unleased co-tenants within several producing spacing units improving Diamondback’s bottom line and increasing reportable BOE within the prospect;5. Aided Business Development in due diligence for a $1.6 billion acquisition, as well as other Lease/PDP acquisitions and divestitures within my area of responsibility, reviewing title and preparing exhibits;6. Negotiating potential trades with industry partners to better block up acreage and extend lateral lengths to improve economics;7. Reviewed leases, contracts, and other agreements to ensure we remain in compliance with said agreements during any cessation of production/operations and advised the operations team of any obstacles we may face while searching for remedies to successfully maintain our leasehold position.
