I believe in fostering healthy cultures of collaboration that have helped me to build and grow successful initiatives across industries.I have worked for companies behind globally ranked top 10 and 150 websites for a decade in these capacities. I have worked in highly regulated environments for a decade more (HIPAA, PCI DSS, FISMA, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, C5). I’ve been an individual contributor and a manager and back and back again. I have found a manager’s perspective to be invaluable to being an effective senior level engineer. I have found principle level expertise to be indispensable in strengthening a team of motivated individual contributors. As a lifelong builder and continuous learner I can often be found in the workshop.
