ABOUT CHASE NEUMANN
As Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of Valinor, we focus on leveraging AI to fundamentally change patient selection and clinical translation for the better. With $13M in seed funding secured, our world-class team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions designed to enhance clinical trial success and transform the landscape of precision medicine. Previously, I worked at Recursion, a leading techbio company. At Recursion, the cross-functional late discovery teams that I contributed to and led, achieved many key milestones such as IND submissions, FIH clinical trials, and advancing from hit-to-lead to candidate in 18 months. My team focused on precision oncology strategies, patient selection, biomarker development, and clinical feasibility. My passion remains rooted in discovering transformative treatments for individuals with life-altering diseases.My Why? At the age of 12, I was diagnosed with an epilepsy disorder. I can say that I am one of the lucky ones, and medication controls most of my seizures but not all. Uncontrolled disease is debilitating. The thankfulness and passion I have for biomedical research drove me to pursue therapies for other debilitating life-altering diseases.
