I am a Family Medicine Resident and Navy Medical Corps Member.I believe that the way we experience our own health is built by thousands and thousands of interactions and experiences good and bad. As I grow into a physician and leader I focus my energy on capitalizing on those moments, understanding that momentum in life outcomes is additive and exponential.
