My journey began in sales, helping me understand the customer\'s needs, which became the foundation of my technical roles later on. My technical experience ranges from working with various edge network devices such as Zhone, Calix, ADTRAN, Zyxel, Plume, AirTie, Nokia, Eero, and TP-Link, Ciena, to now managing core network infrastructure utilizing Cisco ASRs, Nexus switches, and protocols such as BGP and MPLS. My vast exposure to different aspects of ISP operations allows me to bring a holistic view to problem-solving and strategizing network designs and solutions.
