   As the sole IT leader at Just Ingredients, I built the company\'s IT function from the ground up, owning infrastructure, security, vendor strategy, and governance for a 175-person organization with oversight of approximately $1M/month in organizational technology spend.Key accomplishments:Built the organization\'s cybersecurity posture from scratch, deploying MFA via Conditional Access, Huntress EDR across 175+ endpoints, endpoint encryption, and CIS Level 1 compliance across the Mac fleet, achieving audit readiness and qualifying the company for cyber insurance.Executed a full wireless network overhaul across 15 access points (UniFi), increasing performance from approximately 10 Mbps to 500+ Mbps and establishing dedicated IoT and production VLANs.Supported the Deposco WMS go-live by configuring and deploying 35 Zebra printers, standing up a dedicated print server (Lenovo ThinkCentre), and troubleshooting network infrastructure (VLAN routing, dedicated Wi-Fi SSID) to ensure reliable warehouse printing operations.Deployed and manage MDM across Mac (Mosyle Fuse/Apple Business Manager) and Windows (Microsoft Intune/Entra ID), ensuring device compliance and automated enrollment across the organization.Drove vendor consolidation and cost optimization across 10+ SaaS platforms, managing full contract lifecycle from selection through renewal negotiation.Established the company\'s first IT governance model, authoring formal policies for device management, contractor access, and VPN standards while aligning executive leadership on procurement and security decisions.
